Lectra (Lexi) is a nice registered Dutch warmblood mare. She is an easy keeper, has nice manners, and is easy to handle. She was bred to be a Dressage horse. She has been used in the last few years as a broodmare. She has bred some wonderful foals. Her last foal went on to be the North American Yearling Hunter Champion at the KWPN keuring. And her foal before that has been accepted into the KWPN main mare book with a lot of potential for the jumping ring. Her foals have a lot of presence, intelligence, and confidence. She is a wonderful mom and it would be neat to see her enjoy another baby. She is currently open and ready for breeding as she is in good weight. She has taken with both fresh and frozen semen.

She holds her own in the pasture as she is not dominant or submissive – just doesn’t like the drama. She likes to crib but doesn’t do it at all with a collar on. She is neat in her stall, so easy to clean. She loads well, vaccinated, Coggins, cross-ties, great for farrier, leads great, etc. She is a lady and would make a great addition to a breeding program. Can be lightly ridden but would need to be brought back into work.
